Awareness Program on Road Safety Rules and Precautions

Today 9^th August 2023, Wednesday in the school, the school principal Mr. B.N. Shinde, while giving important information to the students regarding ‘Road Safety Rules and Precautions’, appealed to all the students to follow the road safety rules.

The Principal guided the students in this matter by informing them about road safety rules and regulations. For example, using helmet while driving a motorcycle, using seat belt in a car, driving according to the prescribed speed, not using mobile while driving a car or bike, not breaking the rule of red light signal, the victim in a road accident should be immediately carried to the hospital, provision of compensation for victims of hit and run, avoidance of overloading and overtaking, rules of footpath, rules of zebra crossing, meaning of signal lights etc. to inculcate traffic rules in all students and teachers. The school principal tried to spread awareness in the school prayer meeting.

On this occasion, he also clarified the traffic rules by showing the information disseminated by the Road Safety Department in the public interest and their illustrated panels and appealed to all the students, their parents (guardians) and teachers to follow the traffic rules.
