Fit India campaign- 2020 commenced in SPPS : [14th Dec. 2020 to 19th Dec. 2020]
Fit India movement, an ambitious movement started by Ministry of Health and Education Government of India has commenced in Hon. Sharad Pawar Public School, Manur, Tal Kalwan Dist Nashik (Maharashtra).
The campaign began with inauguration at the auspicious hands of founder of institute Dr. J.D. Pawar (Annasahab) by cutting the ribbon.
Principal B. N. Shinde explained the motto and need of fit India campaign. He said that due to change lifestyle pattern which is inevitable in this era brought many physical as well as mental diseases. Anxiety, fear, blood pressure, diabetes are just few samples of it.
Such generations can’t be future of India. Such few corrective measures we must start now itself.
We the schools have very big responsibility to nurture future generations. let’s inculcate values, principles as well as importance of physical fitness in this generations.
