• Parents & their relatives are allowed to meet their wards only on specified days.
• About parents visits complete annual program term wise will be made available, compliance of which is compulsory.
• Unless it is very necessary boarders are not allowed to go home.
• Parents and other relative can celebrate the birthday of their ward, in the visitor’s room, from 5.00p.m. to 6.00p.m.
• Parents are not allowed to send or bring eatables for their wards.
• Out pass must be collected from the hostel warden. If boarder is taken out by parents.
• Health certificate signed by authorized doctor to be attached with the application.
• All boarders will strictly adhere to timings of the school and wear clean and pressed uniforms.
• Frequent visits by parents creates adjustment problems in their wards, hence such practice is not allowed.
• Boarders are not allowed to bring foodstuff, weapon expensive articles and ornaments, valuables, extra pocket money or obscene literature.
• The boarders should not be escorted by person unknown to the school authorities.
• Parents are expected to meet teachers and wardens to enquire about the progress of their wards only on specified days.
